Manufacturing Process

Material

  • We use American-sourced steel to ensure strength and reliability in every product.

 

    Cutting

    • Plate Steel – Processed with CNC TRUMPF 2030 Laser for precision cuts.
    • Tube Steel – Cut with a Scotchman Saw to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    Bending

    • Plate Steel – Shaped using CNC TRUMPF 3100 press brakes for exact angles and structural integrity.
    • Tube Steel – Formed with CNC Alpine Tube Bender for seamless bends and durability.

    Welding

    • MIG Stations – Operated by experienced welding technicians who ensure top-tier craftsmanship.

    Packaging

    • High-end boxes to secure your product.
    • Tailored foam mixture designed to protect every component during shipment.

    Quality Control

    • Every product undergoes over seven quality control checks to meet our rigorous standards.
    • Our highly trained technicians are dedicated to producing premium-quality truck accessories.

    Guarantee Terms

    • Our Manufacturing Guarantee ensures that your product meets our quality standards.
    • If a product is incorrect or faulty, it will be reviewed under our Cancellation/Return Policies.
    • This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Change Order Policy

    • If you need to change or edit your order, contact our support team via phone or email as soon as possible.
    • Additional charges may apply depending on the modifications requested.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to our Return Policy.

    Return Policy

    • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product fails to meet our Manufacturing Guarantee.
    • If your item is defective or incorrect, you must receive prior authorization from MOVE before returning any product.

    Shipping

    We ship to the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska) and Canada. Shipping costs are determined at checkout and depend on the products in your cart and your shipping location. All bumper kits ship from Lewistown, Montana. 

    International Shipping

    • Canada: shipping cost will be reflected at checkout.
    • For address outside of the United States and Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.
