I work out of my two-car garage, but I wouldn't call it a shop. Prices range depending on how you want it welded, whether it be stick, tig, or mig. I can send the bumper to a friend who does vortex bed lining and have the bumper strayed there. I also built a one off bumper and will soon have pics on this site.
