- 4-1/2" Grinder with buffing wheels
- ac/dc Stick Welder
- 250 Amp 220 MIG Welder or larger with gas
- Chop saw, abrasive or cold saw
- Engine driven stick welder

It's usually around 300 dollars to paint a standard bumper 500 to do one with the full grill guard. First we prime all bare iron parts with a very good epoxy primer that can't be beat off with a hammer. Then we can color match the truck or bedliner. Shop rate is 50 an hour for welding.
